Alright- here's our Top Ten (& a 1/2) of 2010 - somewhat in chronological order.

 1. We Celebrated my 21st birthday in Las Vegas. My Brother Chaney had a Soccer tournament there that same weekend so my Mom, step Dad & my best friend/cousin Krista met us there for a wonderful weekend. Dallas is already trying to plan it again for 2011.

2. Dallas took me to a SUNS/JAZZ game. I had only been to one other NBA game & was all decked out in his suns attire.  We, of course, stuck out like sore thumbs but it was so fun!!

21/2.    I got a new Job in March. I am now working at Apply Knowledge Institute. I am one of the scheduling girls, there are 5 of us! Dallas also works at AKI so it's nice to be able to car pool together and know every one at the company party :) We work with some wonderful people and I think we can all agree that we have the best boss!! We love our applyki family!

3. In June Dallas & I drove to AZ. We spent a week with his family, which I loved right off the bat! We then drove to CA and spent a few days camping on the beach, BeautifuL! While we were there we got to spend a day at Disney Land! It was just as awesome as when my Dad and step Mom took my sister, brother, and I when I was 11 :)
 4. Landon.
Dallas' sister Alissa had Landon on June 4th. Here he is at Christmas! -Dallas's little buddy!

5. My very best friend, from high school, got married in August in my hometown Rapid City, SD. Dallas and I drove up to SD to be there with them on their special day!
 6. A week at the Lake. My Mom and step Dad decided to spend a week at the lake while they rented out their house to some of their friends who were in town for the annual Sturgis motor cycle rally. It just so happend that it was the same week My friend got married so we were able to spend time with them at the lake. This is a pic of my younger brothers and sisters and my niece and nephew. Luckily my Dad and step Mom did not rent out their house so we were also able to stay there and spend time with them.

7. Also in August, Dallas had a wonderful surprise waiting for me in Heber City. He told me he had a surprise and he would be at my apartment to pick me up at about 5AM. I went along with it. We started driving and I had about a million things running through my head. We finally got to Heber and we parked at a hotel. He then told me we were meeting a guy who was going to take us in a hot air balloon. At that moment my heart almost jumped out of my chest. As I remembered that when we first started dating I had told him I was going to marry the guy who took me in a hot air balloon-(could this be it?!!) We sat inside the hotel waiting... pretty soon there were half a dozen other people there waiting also, turns out they were waiting for the same thing. At that moment I decided there was no way it was going to happen while all those people were in the basket with us. But I was still so excited for my first hot air balloon ride! The ride was about 30 minutes & it was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. All of a sudden the balloon felt like it was turning in circles and I looked down and saw this huge sign in the street! I screamed and started crying and turned around and Dallas was on his knee with a beautiful ring asking me to Marry Him! I of course said Yes!

When I moved to Orem I ended up with some of the best roomates any one could ever ask for. One of them being Christine Barlow. It turns out that she is a fantastic photographer. She took all of our engagement photos and she and her wonderful boyfriend Fielding drove to AZ for our wedding and took all of our Wedding photos as well! As you can see she did an amazing job! Love her & her work!

 8. After much preparing and planning We were Sealed in the Mesa, AZ Temple on December 4, 2010. Such an absolutely Perfect day! We had so much of our family and so many of our friends there with us on that beautiful day! That evening we had a Beautiful Ring Ceremony and Reception. It was so much fun and there was not one part of it that we didn't love!

9. We left Sunday morning after the wedding for our Honeymoon. We spent 5 wonderful days at the Dreams, Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic. Although they did mess up our reservation for the first night. We did get a few good laughs out of the situation. The bus ride to the resort, which we thought was going to be about 10 minutes, was actually 110 minutes, on a partially paved road, which went through a few towns, a few fields, a few back yards, anything you could imagine. The two double beds in our first room, the broken tv and remote, the way they tried to make it up to us by bringing us a bottle of Champagne every night (our neighbors loved us, as we don't drink so we just kept giving it away). But once we finally got into our Honeymoon suite the next day it was perfect and so beautiful. The beach was awesome & there was a pool that ran the whole length of the resort. We also had treatments at the spa and breakfast in bed.

10. We signed a lease on our very first home together. A townhouse in Pleasant Grove! It turns out that we are very close to quite a few of our friends which is so nice. We love our neighbors and our new ward. It has been so fun putting everything together. We are so happy and so excited for this new chapter in our lives. We had a wonderful year in 2010 and we are so excited for what 2011 will bring!!
