| My mom was in town visiting and she found an " I Can Can" canning recipe book. So I had to test out a few! How can any one not like strawberry jam? Dallas loves jalapeno jelly so deciding which to try wasn't hard! |

| am I sitting on the counter while stirring? And was I a lid short at the end because I put two lids on one jar earlier? And was my stove top, counter, and floor a jam/jelly coat of glue? Of course! |

| I did not ever try the jalapeno jelly, but everyone who tried it said it was good! |

| Canning was fun, messy, smelly and delicious! My house went from smelling like a strawberry patch to spicy vinegar (haha you can tell which recipe was my favorite!) My favorite part was giving it away to our families:) |
