wonderfully random iphone photos...

I seriously love my iphone! I don't think I will ever be able to have any other phone... ever! This post just proves how multi-functional the camera alone is! Pictures, reminders, examples, ect... the only pics missing are the pics of recipes, instead of writing down the list of what we need, we often take a pic of the recipe and go straight to the store!

The pictures didn't turn out fabulous, but I made this for my mom for her birthday & she loved it! I was kind of proud of my self, and Dallas was impressed that I knew how to hinge all the wood pieces together :)

Okay, so for our wedding we got this adorable cup cake cookbook! There are so many cute ideas for cupcakes! So, I decided to bust out this fabulous book for april fools day! The great part, it only took about 10 extra minutes to decorate them, with the help of my husband (mostly because he didn't want to be late for work!) 

Just to specify, they are supposed to be peas and carrot cupcakes! Some, well, quite a few people actually, thought that I had put cheese on them! The toppings are actually green runts, orange starbursts and a lot of lime green food coloring :)

March Madness

     Okay, so I'll be honest, this is the very first year I have really paid any attention to any of the games in the NCAA tournament. However, I am having so much fun! Dallas helped me get to the right place to fill out a bracket and I picked teams mostly at random. Turns out I picked most all of the wrong underdog teams and stuck with quite a few top seeds who didn't do so well. Even after all that, I'm still having fun with it! 

There are a few reasons for this,

1. Duke is still in the tournament

2. BYU is still in the tournament

3. I like seeing lower seeded teams win, even if it ruins my

    bracket and as long as they aren't beating Duke, any of

    you who know my husband know why I say that!! :)

4. JIMMER- how can you not like watching BYU play?!!

One of Dallas' old roommates, Sean, was one of the guys responsible for the 

Teach Me How To Jimmer (OFFICIAL VIDEO)  and the T-shirts. He came by the other night and brought us some t-shirts, Just in time for the 1st two games BYU played in the tournament.
